Blue Mirror App improvements

  •  Wrists exposed detection - The AI responsible for detecting skin exposed between gloves and cuffs of gown is more accurate.

  • Mask detection - More models of masks have been added, with very high accuracy.

  • Nose exposed detection - Now accepting masks at the bottom half of the nose.

  • Hand Hygiene - The Hand Hygiene AI is more tolerant of distance variations, hand positions, and light conditions.

  • Blue Mirror integration API released - Enables hospitals to extract usage statistics from Blue Mirror directly into internal systems.

  • Security - Hospitals can now configure the minimum password length for Blue Mirror Admin users.

  • Start session when detecting a person - Blue Mirror starts when it detects a person in front of the device for a few seconds. A new configuration has been added, when enabled the detected user will be requested to show their hand to confirm starting the process. This avoids unwanted starts in busy rooms.

  • Flow control on the app - Users can now control the flow in the app through buttons: back, pause, and next. The control buttons are disabled by default and can be enabled from Blue Mirror Admin.

  • User survey - Hospitals can activate a configuration to enable user surveys. At the end of a session the user will be asked “How was your session?”, the user can answer by pointing their hand to one of the 2 answers. Soon we will enable hospitals to add their own questions and cycle through them with each use.

  • Improved maintenance panel - On the Blue Mirror app, IT agents can access the device maintenance panel. This screen has been improved with additional information and extra commands.

  • An adjustable bottom margin on the Blue Mirror app - Some physical mounts can cover the bottom part of your iPad device. With this configuration you can add an extra margin, to ensure you have all information and controls visible.

  • Guidance images - Hospitals can add an image (slide) to be displayed before any step. The user interface of this image display has been improved to provide better clarity for the end-user.

  • iPad audio issue resolved - A small number of iPad devices reported lower sound volume, this has been fixed.
