Offline guidance - Blue Mirror can guide users even if your WiFi connection drops mid-process.
Maintenance Panel - Simplified field maintenance which support users can hit a secret combination on their screen then enter the pin to manage configurations locally e.g. change protocol, clear cache, read logs, factory reset, etc.
Contactless card employee identification - Add an RFID scanner to your iPad to enable contactless card identification for your users.
Two protocols per device - Add a second protocol to any Blue Mirror device. Users are prompted which protocol they want to run by raising a hand for selection.
Configurable speed - Change the speed of Blue Mirror guidance, hospital-wide or per device.
Hazmat support - Blue Mirror AI can identify and guide your users when donning and doffing a coverall (hazmat).
Preferred language - Hospitals can define the preferred language of each user; Blue Mirror will automatically guide each user in their preferred language.

Visualisation of the app - You can visualise the App version running on each of your devices.
Disable Remote Buddy function - Organisations can disable the Remote Buddy feature completely, organisation-wide.
Remote Buddy can go back in time - Remote buddies now have a streamlined process. Easier to guide and forgiving if the Buddy gets distracted (AI takes over when there is no Buddy input).
