AI improvements
Eye protection - Eye Protection has improved accuracy. Organisations can enforce protocols that accept exclusively eye protection, only face shield, or accepts either.
N95 mask - Supports all known models of N95 / FFP3 respirators.
Neck of gown - Improved accuracy on neck of gown and configurable sensitivity - fine tune what your organisation accepts as open or close.
Gown doffing - Improved detection when the user's hand touches a contaminated surface while doffing gown.
4 protocols on each device - Blue Mirror devices now support up to 4 protocols active at the same time. The user can choose which protocol to use by pointing they hand.
Updates to the admin backend
Improved Admin Web Console user interfaces - Configuring Blue Mirror has always been easy, it is getting easier now with simpler flows, wixards, and additional explanatory screens.
User QR Codes generation - More formats and configuration to choose from when printing or downloading user QR codes. QR codes are one of the ways users identify themselves to Blue Mirror to track training progress.
Organise your protocol library with folders - Group protocols in folders for easier management.
Help center - On your Admin Web Console you have access to videos and quick reference guides on how to use and configure all common tasks in Blue Mirror.
General improvements
Added UK region - BM now supports geographic datacenter regions. Select a region to host your audit data and Blue Mirror configuration.
Added sandbox mode - Pilots can enable sandbox mode, where they can test the system freely, reverting it to a clean slate once the tests and exploration is done.
Added REST and CSV integration to import employees and export training sessions - Manual integration mode avaiable. Allows hospitals to import and export data manually (automated integration via API still available).
Added option to invite users to Blue Mirror Admin - Admin Web Console - Invite admin user. Improved security feature enables you to invite a new user to the admin console.
Added Hand Hygiene sub-steps images - Hospitals can configure their Hand Hygiene to display images of the correct technique during the HH countdown. The system visually guides the user in the seven steps of HH.
